GENERAL AGREEMENTS
By purchasing artwork from me, you agree that you have read and agree with my terms of service. I will move forward with a commission under the assumption that you have read and understood these TOS.My artwork under NO circumstance can be used or sold as NFTs OR be sold/profited upon. You are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own, even if it is a paid commission. You are not allowed to remove my signature from the artwork (you can request it be moved).I own all the rights to the artwork I've created and will be allowed to post any artwork done as a commission with a commission-specific watermark. (If the commission is private, please state this in your email).
COMMISSIONS I ENCOURAGE:
- Animals
- Fictional characters
- Roblox or video game avatars
- Furries
- Soft gore
- Chibi characters
COMMISSIONS THAT I DO NOT ACCEPT:
- NSFW + Vore
- Anything hateful
- Questionable content
- Intense gore / Violence(I have the right to decline your commission if I do not see that it fits within my realm of ability or ethicality!)
PAYMENT INFORMATION
I use Paypal and Kofi to process payments. All payments must be in USD unless discussed otherwise.I will give a quote upfront (before the sketching process) and when the sketch is finished and approved, you are to pay half of the final cost.When the art is finished/finalized, you will receive a heavily watermarked version. Once you've paid the remainder of the cost - will receive it without the watermark.Refunds can be requested at any time, though if the art has already been started - the remainder of the refund will be calculated based on how far along the artwork is.I will require an email from you in order to send an invoice. I take commission requests via Instagram DM, Discord, or Email.
REVISIONS & EDITS
After the first sketch, you will receive a copy so you are able to tell me what you need to be fixed, removed or added.Edits past two fixes on the sketch will cost an additional fee depending on how large or small the edit is.Any major edit requests after the colouring process has started are charged accordingly.
REQUESTING A COMMISSION
Some things to include in your commission request to get the process moving faster:- Reference image or clear description of the character
- Framing (ie. Headshot, body, bust)
- Any special requests
- Preferred payment method and or currency
- Preferred style (reference my gallery)I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payments made if my terms of service are violated at any time.
